You mean intsead of visiting her son in prison after he killed some kid in a crosswalk while driving drunk?
Does having alcohol in the car mean he was driving under the influence? Maybe, but maybe it was just where he stashed it for a party later, and he planned to stay over where he was drinking. The fact is he is under age. It's a tough disicion, but I had to kick my son out of the house at 18 for the same kind of thing. He's starting to realize what it means to be a responsible adult now. Of course regular drug testing helps to!
