Emmy finally emerged from under the bed and is recovering nicely. She's no longer growling at us, but is now chattering at me, which is something she's never done before. Upon some research, it apparently is a way of vocalizing frustration. Good to know our kitty still hates us.  |
Samwise does that. When he's pissed, he'll sort of mumble under his breath, and when he's whiny- he whines. (Meeeeeeeoooooohhhhhoooowwwww). My sister watched the animals when we were in Hawaii and she got a kick out of Sammy's vocalizations. He also growls like a dog.
