I sure it will be a grand event no matter how it works out. Personally I'm just sad I won't be there to meet the guy who got hired for this position:

Words matter, as do actions. The right applicant will know how to use both appropriately. Romance is an absolute non-negotiable item, he must be able to sweep me off my feet. Must be confident.
Should be dedicated and willing to see things through. Able to balance out his life so that he does not neglect the things that matter the most. Should not turn his back on those who care for him in his quest for other pursuits.
Has to able to appreciate what he was, value those he loves and show those traits consistently.
Should be a gentleman when needed and a rogue when the moment calls for it.
