And good luck, Sohrshah! I think expert is someone who already comes with knowledge, has a sense of authority (even when they don't have perfect knowledge) and will have the capacity to learn. That's my idea on an expert. I'm pretty sure they don't mean someone who knows everything. Just someone who will appear to be an expert to a visitor.

That's just a guess, though... but probably a decent one.
