Because, you know, the Jack Sparrow additions to Pirates fit in seamlessly with the caricaturized pirates already in the attraction

And the new pirate paintings on the entry walls fit in so perfectly with the cartoonish ones already there

Yes, we must naturally conclude that every effort will be made to have the new characters fit in perfectly with the style of the attraction.
