I mostly agree - though those wishing to lower their cholesterol may appreciate the meat replacement stuff has little to no cholesterol. Even buffalo has a lot of cholesterol (those Trader Joe's burgers have 35% of the daily allotment for cholesterol per serving, 105 mg.)
