Just spent a much-needed day with my honey at Sea World.
We got drenched on Shipwreck Rapids. We saw the cute otters and spent some time with the sea turtles. We watched the Pets Rule show and laughed at the "trained" cats. I also took a gazillion photos of sea lions. And we rocked out to Shamu Rocks after the sun set.
But, the best part of the day, besides some completely uninterrupted quality time with my loving husband - I fed a goose by hand. Ken bought me the bird food pellets, and I reached over to feed this solitary goose that came over to me. She ate very gently, never once snapping me with her beak. It was odd, because geese are normally so moody and territorial, but this one seemed to really like me. She even let me stroke the top of her head.
Hopefully I'll take some time out from our housekeeping tomorrow and post the pictures.
