I have our corned beef simmering in the crock pot with a little onion, some carrots, and a few parsnips. In another 30 mins I need to add the cabbage. It smells so good right now, but that's the sucky thing about using the crock pot. Those last couple of hours seem to last an eternity. I really don't want to wait another 2.5 hours for dinner.
