It's a social oddity, not a medical miracle. The first line of the article makes clear that the pregnant person is a transman. It makes one think of how gender and sex are not one and the same (and, as a side note, the changeable nature of gender and/or genitals in relation to marriage, laws [some people would see this as two women who are legally married], the nature of family, etc. etc.) I'm not going to go into a whole dissertation (when I haven't had any coffee today lol).

As someone who was roommates with a trans FTM when he started hormone therapy, that's again very trivializing and condescending. This person is a man, not a bearded lady. Again, it's the social aspect of all this in relation to gender, not any biological miracle aspect (which I agree, it isn't).
