Pancakes
sift: one cup flour and 2 ts baking powder
beat and add:one egg
add:one cup milk stir gradually to make smooth
add:one 1 ts butter
cook in a hot frying pan, flip pancakes when they bubble to brown the other side
serve with vermont maple syrup
eat quickly before pancakes edit away
