Isn't it about time to ditch the "9/10" convention for gasoline pricing? It made some semblance of sense (though only barely) back when it meant a perceived difference of almost 2% ($.609/10 vs. $.61). But now? The difference between the sign showing $3.63 vs. $3.64 is nothing.
