I think if you get a few decent sized pots, you could grow just about any of the smaller veggies. I wouldn't try for corn, but certainly leafy greens and peas, maybe tomatoes, potatoes, and tuck some herbs around it all. Grow several things in the same pot. Oh, and put some garlic cloves between things, to help keep pests down and help things grow better.
