I got to meet Frank and Ollie in Santa Fe (at the very short-lived Santa Fe Film Festival) back in 1982. They were the subjects of a retrospective hosted by Leonard Maltin and Chuck Jones. I got them to autograph my copy of their book Disney Animation: the Illusion of Life. I've taken it off the shelf today for the first time in a while. The last of the Nine Old Men. *sigh*
