This is purely theoretical since I have no idea what the current prices are at BR.
Assuming that a two-scoop cone is $3.50 normally, that would be a $2.88 savings ($3.50 - $0.31 x 2 = $2.88). Assuming that one would have to wait in line for 20 minutes for the lower priced ice cream (being optimistic) vs. a normally 5 minute wait for full priced, that would be 15 minutes (.25 hour) additional time required.
If one waited 15 minutes to save $2.88, then you are saying that your time is only worth $11.52 per hour. My time is worth MUCH more than that!
