I agree. Gary was put in that position and that meant to us it was time to get a new job. Especially since they are basically trying to "hold you back", not really helping you to further yourself or your career.
And in other news...... I think I just broke my foot but I really don't want to go to the hospital for a broken foot Arghhhh!
