I don't think you'll have to eat the Indy tix, by the way - I think we'll fill those slots, so no worries.
We don't yet have a time frame. There's a small chance Tom and I will have to catch a plane that night (surprise - our nephew might be graduating, thanks for the warning) but we'll know that pretty soon. In that case we'd hope to do it in the afternoon. Otherwise we could do evening if that's better for everybody. And I'm so glad you'll be there, P.
