Pufnstuf is sheer 1970s perfection - psychedelic puppets, Jack Wild, Billie Hayes, and great original songs.

Sadly, each successive Krofft show had a proprtional drop in quality until their Saturday Morning swan song Bigfoot and Wildboy.

They did, briefly, have an indoor theme in Atlanta in what is now the CNN building.

As far as personal anecdotes go, EuroChris and I received a stern lecture from an indignant Charles Nelson Reilly, who was the star of Lidsville.

And I have history with Kroffts, but that's a whole other story...

Oh, and Heidi has met and partied with Billie Hayes, placing her firmly within the Krofft Encounters group.
