It started around that time, and passed where I stay in the OC at around 11ish. I was about to leave, and decided to veg out a few more and watch some TV. 5 minutes later, they break to the story, and the dude was passing my onramp. I kept thinking afterward (and watching him on the fwy) that I was lucky I didn't get on the road when I originally planned. Didn't need to be near that guy!
