scrambled eggs -
crack eggs
beat them
toss in light seasonings (sorry WB, I disagree
)
coat pan with some spray (or use a nonstick pan)
heat pan
turn heat down
dump in egg mix
stir almost constantly so the eggs remain broken up
eggs are done when they no longer look wet
put on plate
eat
