I'll go ahead and answer your question (since you asked first).

I spray the pan and I have either cracked the eggs into the pan or cracked then in a bowl and whisked them. No matter which way I have done...I will stir them around (but I guess not enough to help) and while some of the eggs come out wet and somewhat runny while other parts of the eggs come out brown and crusty...looking almost burnt.

I don't put it on high heat...medium heat is what I use.
