Eggs -
I don't actually scramble them in the microwave, but I love using it for breakfast sandwiches, as a med-to-small bowl is perfect for toast/english muffin. I just beat an egg in the bowl, toss it in the microwave for a minute to a minute and a half depending on the microwave, and it's done. Take it out and eat!
I've since switched to egg whites, use less and it's even better...
