I love egg whites. Though.. I do love me some soft scrambled eggs. I'm a plain girl. Seasoning only with a little salt and pepper.
Does anyone add eggs to food that doesn't normally take eggs?
ie: I like to crack an egg into my ramen while I'm cooking it. I put the seasoning in, crack an egg, mix it all together on medium heat and when it looks all cooked up... I eat my masterpiece.
