I'm with you on this. I can see that maybe people living in remote areas might not have heard of Christianity but the rest of us? Yeah, we've heard it. I think the worst part of the witnessing is the requirement that you say by rote the particular statements and that they have to *see* you accept Christ. That's not how I understood it to work. By that time people will say anything just to get them to go away.
