I really think we should start meal planning and deciding who is sleeping where (and with who!) in the first cabin.
Oh, and we also should really do some research on the exact amount of water that will be seen at each of the falls so we can plan our hikes accordingly to avoid any disappointment, in case one is more majestic than another, and we completely miss it, because we spent too much time looking at the less-majestic falls. I also think we need to conduct fitness-level tests of everyone involved in the hikes, so we can plan on how much time it will take to get to each fall, so that we can time it perfectly with the position of the sun to make the water the most sparkly.
