How do you track which stuff belongs to what person?
Simple - when pricing your stuff, put your initials on your tags/stickers, then the amount is written down next to your name. Then, everything gets tallied at the end of the day and distributed. (Read: Spreadsheet with columns with each person's name at the top.)

I grew up doing this with my aunts and such, and it goes very smoothly. People just need to make sure to use good stickers/tags (so they don't fall off), and put their initials on them. A description of the items sold can also be written next to the selling price on the spreadsheet, if anyone has concern over what exactly they sold. Each amount is always written down separately, like a receipt.

It takes two people to run the cash table - one to handle the cash, and one to maintain the spreadsheet.

Oh, and my friend J. is going to join us that day as well. (Some of you know her.) She might be making some crafts to sell.
