We have pretty wonderful immediate neighbors. There are parties once in a while and loud music or barking dogs - but we have those too. Other than the loud kids walking home from school leaving strewn about school papers and candy wrappers, we're very lucky. There are, however, some very irresponsible pet "owners" in our neighborhood which really rub me the wrong way.
