We had a drug dealer neighbor (I'm sure she was). People in/out 24/7. I called the police three seperate times when she was fighting with her decades younger beau. Managment did what they could but I was the only neighbor who would sign anything against her. The rest all compalined but wouldn't sign anything. It's pratically impossible to evict anyone. I also called DEA who said they knew about the situation but again I was the only one who would leave their name or contact information.

And get this - my other neighbor - literally a Mrs. Kravitz, had logs of when people where in and out, descriptions, license plate numbers etc etc. But she wouldn't use her name or give this info to the police. It was so frustrating.

Her lease wasn't renewed so she moved out.

Now we've got great neighbors. The one next door tends to blast his christian rock occasionally but it's always during the day (I'm usually not home anyway) and it's not for prolonged periods.

When I was in high school our neighbor was a prostitute/drug dealer. Her dad was the sheriff. After about a year she was asked to leave town, or so I heard.
