So, I can't get online tonight.  Do all the usual trouble shooting and speaking in tongues, and nada.  Finally, I call Comcast Broadband, where I wait an interminable amount of time before a recording finally comes on and says they can't answer my call- would I please visit their website instead?
 
It just went back online, but it's sluggish.
I did finally get some cleaning done, though.
