Cool Bopper! Something else we have in common, I love Good Eats also! As a lab tech I love the science, and I love how he teaches the methods, not just the recipes. I love to cook, and I method cook mostly. Drives everyone crazy cause I can't give them the recipe cause I just throw it together!
