Occasionally, they do stop but in a race like the Olympics, there is very little time. And if its the race leader(
or the guy they think will have the best chance to win from the team) half the team drops back too draft/ pull you up too the pack after your flat or nature call.

It's unwritten rule not too attack a respected rider(although that carries no weight whatsoever) but it still happens.
