I'll cast the dissenting vote here (gee, what a surprise). It didn't strike me as gay at all (well, mostly not gay). That a man can hug and/or affectionately/playfully kiss another man (in a non-sexual manner like this picture suggests) simply shows me that he is confident with his own sexuality and who he is.
Or am I being too serious again?
