I had to go to BAKERSFIELD to get that house for under $350K! LOL!
Jason, we couldn't find ANYTHING in Stockton in the school district I would be willing to put the boys in for under $350k. In fact, a dumpy, I mean DUMPY ass 1000 sq ft flat top 3 bdrm 1 bath right by my Starbucks just sold for $310,000!!!
