I think the prerequisite for that is that the worshiped should drink heavily or be on crack. I think Amy Winehouse is the diva of choice for those kids...
Not that I care too much about this event, but they should give away a set of tickets via a contest or something. Write a story about Miley or something and win a prize. I mean, not everyone can afford to get in.
