Nabisco (a big company) makes a product with Thin Crisps on their package as a description of the style of cookie. It seems to be a generic use of the two words, I don't find any sort of trademark on the on the box. ThinKrisps
is a registered trademark, and I've been using it for over 5 years. I expect one day to get a knock on the door from their lawyer, and we'll sort it out then.
