Sims2 isn't an online MP. It's a simulator game for your computer. You create the sims, give them a place to live, and direct their lives... you're basically playing God. There are no other players involved.

They're not screwing each other, but they are romance aspiration sims, so they basicly want to screw everyone else in the neighborhood.
(Sims2 won't let family members have sex, unless you install third party hacks.)
