Cool. I had a deja vu experience looking at that fabric. My parents used to have a '61 bug they bought in Germany, cruised around Europe in, and then had shipped here. I remember sleeping on the back shelf above the engine (pre kid seatbelt laws), it was warm and the vibrations put you to sleep.
