I still at it. Due to some work changes I'm out of my office a lot more than I used to be, but on the days I do walk I average at least 2 miles. Over all I'm very happy with it, primarily because I 'm down nine pounds since I started.
I've also been beset with something that I expect is rather unique to my happy life.
Viral Arthritis. Historically, every time I get a cold one or both of my ankles get inflamed and I hobble around like a drunken penguin for a couple of weeks.
How about you? Weren't you talking about building one for yourself?
