Though, like I said, Miley didn't buy Disneyland out for her birthday, DISNEY bought Disneyland out for her birthday. It was a money-making event for them, not a fun playdate for her.
And, totally, actually stalking ANY celebrity (or non-celebrity) is creepy, no matter who it is. But that's not really Miley's fault, or any celebrity's.
