I wouldn't deal with that well for long. I hate it when people use the dental office parking lot for the restaurant next door when we're in the middle of a busy shift (and our patients are having to park a block away). I usually leave a kind note on the car. One time, I had to put a kind note on a Jeep that was parking in the lot during our busy shift, and through a little observation, I noticed that he lived in one of the condos nearby, or maybe it was a place he spent the night at frequently. I typed a note saying that at Del Rey Dental, we'd rather keep things on a friendly level with our neighbors. So please stop hogging the space.
Or something to that effect...
He never parked there again.
