Yep. They are all "dead" books... that is, they all have the word dead in the title. I think the first one is Dead Until Dark.
There's been little of Eric on the TV series so far but in the books he is so effin hawt and sexy - OMFG! Maybe you'll want to perv out on him instead. (or in addition to as the case may be.)
I can't wait for the show to move along and get some additional Vamp characters.
I love the opening theme from that show... Bad Things. Downloaded it yesterday actually so I can get a tiny bit of my True Blood fix during the week.
Once I read the first one, I HAD to read all the rest immediately.
Although I have to say - the Black Dagger Brotherhood books are much more erotic in nature. The Sookie Stackhouse books have a good amount of sex in them - don't get me wrong - there's just a lot more of it in this new series I've got. Second one in particular was quite titilating. (Don't you just love that word: titilating. It's like a naughty word that isn't - but is!
) I'm on the third book now...
I tried watching that Forever Knight series that was mentioned and just coudn't get into it. It was just so dated - and so - well -not for me I guess.
