I joined in on the message boardom over at MP. I was amazed that I happened upon MP through an internet search and saw that an old school pal was a writer on the website! So I hung around. I was a lurker for over a year before I ever joined. MA was the topic I jumped into, having just completed our 2nd MA. Yes I didn't post there before being in a 2nd MA! I'm am now a regular on at least 4 boards and I moderate on one of them. I still lurk on a few others.
This community? I lurked for a bit, I was invited to come over from elsewhere via PM, but just looked around. I finally jumped in on GD's "What are your Lounging habits?" thread

People? I have seen some of you at MA's but I'm far to shy to actually walk up and meet people.
