That is so cool. Excellent altar. I should check out that place in the Mission, though if it's pricey I probably actually should
not; but I'd love seeing it. There used to be a place on Haight that sold all the stuff too, but that was years ago, it might be gone now.
Mole and butternut squash tamales? Sounds heavenly.
Is that a working fireplace? The mantle is so awesome. I miss living in SF. The last house I lived in on Page St. had a lot of beautiful old details like that. But our fireplace could not be used.
