Man, now I'm wishing I had taken the whole day off instead of just the morning. Oh well, I'll be there at opening and we'll get a lot in before 1pm....right??
As for my morning job, I actually told people I was taking the day off for DL festivities. I have no fear of being thought of as a dork.
One teacher actually asked me to buy a pin for her.
