Cognac.... I think I need to buy a bottle one of these days. I had some when I was a kid and my uncle was given a bottle for Christmas but I haven't tried it since then. I think in part I'm afraid of spending a lot of money for a crap bottle.
Over ice cream?? Sounds yummy.
