Well, I tried the Chantico this morning....and.....well.....how do I put it....it reminded me of that last quarter inch of sludge in the bottom of a mocha cup. It didn't taste bad at all....it's just too thick and sweet for me, with that slightly grainyish chocolatey feeling afterward. I like chocolate as much as the next gal, but I have a low sweets limit.
It's definitely for sipping. I had a hard time getting all the way through it (I had to chase each sip with a Sumatra chaser!). I think my daughters will really like it though. I'm going to bring Chloe in for a sample after preschool.
I could see sipping it, and dipping strawberries in it late at night after a movie or something, but unfortunately, my neighbor Starbucks all close at 8!
