The chef didn't actually give me an oven temperature he said you can vary it by what you are cooking it with, like a roast or chicken. He said it can range from 325 to 375.

bold is mine, I really want to make these for Christmas but I don't see jalepeno in the ingredient list and I don't remember tasting it in the potatoes at the BB?
