Well, I was long out of HS, but point taken.

They have been around for years. When I first saw them I thought for sure they'd be a short lived fad. I thought they were
so ugly. I can't afford/do not own real ones, but my fake ones are awfully comfy. I owned them for about a year before I ever wore them out of the house, I just used them as slippers at first. I wear my Cons a lot more often.
