Also, on Friday when I got there around 3:30 I grabbed the front central spot on the bench around the Parnter's statue. Around 4pm CMs came around and said that the entire central hub would be cleared for the fireworks and used as a traffic path.
That's when I moved out to the sidewalk. Looking at the crowd I couldn't decide if I was glad not to be in the central hub or annoyed that they'd misled me.
