I use it on my BB - it sync's my Google calendar to the calendar on my phone. I don't use it to sync my address book because I use the stand alone gmail app for my email, not the BB email software (personal preference).

I like that I can update the calendar and it will sync to my phone, but I can also update the calendar on my phone and it sync's back to Google.
