I'm wondering when I got so freakin' old!

Actually, I'm wondering when my BODY got so freakin' old!

(I did 25 squats on Friday...yesterday I hobbled around like I was 90! Today..I don't feel much better! I'm soooooo freakin' sore!)

Squats are evil!
